Job Description

• START DATE: within the next few weeks
• SALARY: starting salary is $11.00/hour + benefits 
• SIGN ON BONUS:  $1000 sign on bonus for full-time employment! 
• PPE:  No PPE Shortages here!  We have PPE (including N95 & Surgical masks) for our team members.  Join us and we’ll keep you protected!

OPENINGS:

• Days (7am-3pm) with every other weekend rotations
• Full-time opportunity to join our team!

Qualifications

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• • CNA certification in IL
• • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility
• • Experience with the memory care population
