Jolt is seeking a driven Account Executive (AE) to close deals with new customers and expand our reach in the hospitality, retail, and food & beverage industries. This isn't a transactional sales role—our AEs are trusted advisors who build strong relationships, understand customer challenges, and show how Jolt can transform their operations.
You'll spend your day connecting with prospects via phone, email, and video, running impactful demos, and managing opportunities from first conversation through close. You'll replenish your pipeline through both inbound leads (from our SDR team) and your own prospecting efforts.
Strategically pursue brands within your territory to understand their challenges, goals, and buying process.
Conduct discovery, demos, and close deals with the highest ROI opportunities.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to expand Jolt's footprint.
Attend trade shows, regional meetings, and brand events to create and nurture relationships.
Relay customer feedback to internal teams (engineering, product, etc.) to influence product improvements.
Become a Jolt product expert and communicate its value clearly and confidently.
2–4+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably in SaaS.
Strong track record in full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
Knowledge of hospitality, retail, or food & beverage industries is a plus.
Experience as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS environment is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Base Salary: $65,000
OTE: $125,000–$140,000+ (uncapped commissions + accelerator opportunities)
