Jolt is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and help grow our customer base. As an SDR, you'll execute outbound lead generation campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and set up product demonstrations with prospective customers for our Account Executives.

Execute outbound call campaigns and qualify inbound leads.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified product demos.
Focus primarily on lead generation to develop new business opportunities.
Ask probing questions to understand prospects' business needs.
Accurately document customer interactions and notes in Salesforce.
Meet and exceed monthly quota and activity goals.
1+ year of sales experience preferred.
Coachable and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and a strong work ethic.
Comfortable handling rejection and pushing through challenges.
Experience selling in a SaaS environment is a plus.
Base Salary: $45,000
OTE: $90,000+ (uncapped commissions)
