In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: • Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Qualifications: • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • Develop new concepts based on input • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
