Description

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is also able to perform waxing services, to join our growing team. As part of our staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our exclusive facility. You will provide a variety of services, including facials and waxing. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for developing skincare events to promote yourself and our department. Requirements

Extensive knowledge of skin care techniques, including a variety of machine-assisted skin treatments.

In the know of current trends.

Ability to perform an excellent facial massage.

Ability to educate clients and recommend daily protocols.

Skill at creating a treatment plan so that you can customize it.

Maintain detailed and accurate client charts.

Ability to successfully organize skincare events.

Skilled at waxing.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to communicate appropriately with staff, management, and clients to ensure the spa runs smoothly.

Ability to ensure safety and perform sterilization and sanitation in accordance with the guidelines of the California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology and to follow COVID-19 disinfecting protocol.

Ensure the proper care of spa equipment.

Must have a Certificate of graduation from an accredited school.

Must have a California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology License.
