With two locations — one in downtown Los Angeles and one on the Santa Monica beach — Jonathan Club offers its members the very best of southern California, and so much more.The Overnight Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members based on the Club's Service Standards. He/she will address member service needs and inquiries. He/she will perform Night Audit duties and transactions.

Promptly greets guests in a friendly and professional manner

Completes the guests' registration process

Accurately processes all cash & credit card transactions in accordance with procedures

Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the shift

Completes daily operations checklist per shift

Answers external and internal calls at the front desk

Performs Night Audit transactions including, not limited to reconciling nightly finances and reports

Completes and submits incident reports to appropriate groups if needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior private club or luxury hotel experience preferred

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers such as Microsoft Office, POS, etc.
