Technical Support for IT Systems                 Direct Hire             Charlotte

Our client is one of the most well known entities in the Charlotte area, serving our community for over 60 years.

They need a full time IT Technical Support professional to service their Infrastructure system in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Some local travel will be involved, but less than 20%.

Here are some of the skills needed:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree from an accredited college in computer science, information technology or a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience
• 3+ years experience in Desktop and End User Support
• Possess Comp TIA A+ Certification (other certifications a plus)
• Working knowledge of account creation and permission in Microsoft Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, O365, and Office software packages
• Working knowledge of MAC Operating Systems
• Working knowledge imaging system tools
• Ability to work and participate in a team environment
• Outstanding work, task and time management aptitudes
• Excellent information gathering, research, and reporting skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Network and telecommunications connectivity troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
