CONTRACT - 1099
1-3 MONTH CONTRACT
DESCRIPTION
This IT Support role will be responsible for contributing to the day to day support of the end users. They will be servicing end users, troubleshooting basic computer or account issues preventing the end user from completing their work.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining existing processes and requirements for tickets and reporting of issues
• Resolving basic hardware issues, troubleshooting software issues and assisting users with account limitations.
• Contribute to the operations of the IT infrastructure within the company, including but not limited to system patching, as well as asset tagging and tracking.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Associates degree or higher
• 1-2 years of IT/HelpDesk Support experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree focusing in computer science, business information systems or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer and mobile device hardware
• Familiarity with common software products such as: Windows 10, MacOS, IOS, Microsoft Office, O365 and Internet Browsers
• Strong communications skills
