UI/UX Designer
Full Time - Permanent Position
Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role
This is a great new role to join a global manufacturing company.
The role is located in Charlotte, NC and will be a Hybrid environment (some days in office, some days work from home)

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the transformation of user and customer experience through your design expertise
- Conduct user research and create user personas
- Analyze user behavior data and customer requirements, structure and run usability tests
- Develop, optimize and specify innovative operating concepts
- Design user flows and wireframes
- Create interactive mock-ups and prototypes
- Work in close collaboration with the Mobile and Web UI teams and coordinate with technical architects
- Hands-on collaboration with Business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience or 5+ years without Bachelors degree
- Extensive experience in the conception and visual design of user interfaces (websites, web and mobile apps) as well as a strong understanding of platforms, use cases, interfaces and processes
- Experience in usability testing – understand what customers prefer and how they behave in every microexperience
- Knowledge in the Adobe Suite (XD, Illustrator,Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and / or Sketch, Figma, MockFlow, Axure RP, INVIsion
- Firsthand experience with design thinking
