Salesforce Administrator

Direct Hire position with an excellent Charlotte based company, which is experiencing growth and the need to add to its Salesforce team.

General Description 

• This position maintains and develops the Salesforce platform and relationships within the company, as well as adding new companies and users to the system.
• You are part of a team that is responsible for supporting the company's Salesforce.com platform, as well as other platforms and ensuring they continue to function effectively as the business grows and changes, and the business processes adapt and evolve.
• This position requires you to monitor and make any required changes to Salesforce.com that will ultimately affect other departments/division such as Sales Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, Accounting and others.
• The administrator often works with data and end users, tests and adds any updates to the system, and works with other staff members to incorporate necessary changes.
• Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and support to the users, so you should be comfortable serving in that role. .

Certified Saleforce.com Administrator is a plus
