AEM Support Analyst - Charlotte, NC

Permanent Position

Do you have some experience working with the AEM Platform (Adobe Experience Manager)? You could be a great fit for the AEM Support Analyst role.

Our client is looking for a junior to mid level AEM Support Analyst.  AEM Experience is preferred but other CMS (WordPress) platforms are acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development and support of a global ecommerce web site
• Analysis of business processes and requirements
• Provide analysis of technical implications to business requests
• Understand and effectively communicate interactions between the AEM and 3rd party systems including Hybris
• Translation of user requirements into technical requirements that the platform will support
• Ability to design and integrate AEM with 3rd party software systems in an effective manner
• Compliance with all of Corporate IT policies and procedures

Typical Background:

• Bachelors Degree
• 0-3 years of related experience
• Experience in developing and supporting Ecommerce solutions
• Experience with Adobe AEM and other Adobe products
• Ability to work in a fast paced development environment
• Good prioritization skills
• Experience in Java technologies including Servlets, JSP, JDBC, EJB, Core Java, Struts/Tiles or other Java-based UI framework and other J2EE technologies
• Experience in HTML 5, XHTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS with understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working with Database (such as MySQL, SQL Server).
