    We are looking for a paralegal experienced in Estate Planning, Probate and Family Law for our office in Centennial, Colorado. The ideal candidate for this role should possess comprehensive knowledge of estate planning and family law and have prior experience operating in a court setting. Furthermore, they must demonstrate superior communication abilities, remarkable organizational skills and keep a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have the capability to balance and prioritize multiple obligations while operating in a fast-paced work environment. This job also requires that the contender maintain utmost privacy. Responsibilities: • Review and draft legal documents relating to family law, estate planning and probate • Collect and respond to discovery requests • Serve subpoenas and other legal notices • Establish effective communication with clients and relevant contacts • Prepare for court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings • Ensure deadlines and calendar obligations are met • Work in conjunction with family law attorneys Qualifications: • Knowledgeable in family law rules, regulations, and legal filing process • Knowledgeable in estate planning and probate • Demonstrated attention to minute details • Highly organized and efficient work style • Possesses strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills • Experienced in managing tight deadlines and handling sensitive information • Proficient in using and navigating Microsoft Office, Adobe, and timekeeping software • At least 2-3 years of experience in family law • At least 2-3 years of experience in estate planning • Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in completing tasks quickly • Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and people skills • Expertise in meeting pressing deadlines and managing confidential information • Proficient in using and operating Microsoft Office, Adobe, and timekeeping software • Two to three years of experience in family law Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
