    We are in immediate need of inside sales professionals who are motivated by success, like to have fun and have proven track records of phone sales and appointment setting. You must be comfortable making a heavy volume of calls per day to generate sales opportunities for our team. If you’re driven to achieve success, love developing relationships with clients over the phone, have a strong work ethic and have a desire to control your income, then please apply! Join a team of Inside Sales Reps supporting one of the top companies in the area! Job hours are from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm M-F. Responsibilities: Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move efficiently through sales process Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our team can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Qualifications: Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus A pro on the phone with ability to make the sale Compensation: $12- $15
