Responsibilities: • Make cold calls to potential leads. • Must be willing to follow instructions and work in a fast pace environment. • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on. • Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support. Qualifications: • Must be able to communicate clearly. • Must have a laptop and internet connection. • Must be motivated to help our company get the leads we need to move our business forward. • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. Compensation: $10 - $15 per hour
