    Job Description

    Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Long Beach, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jose Olguin - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

    Responsibilities

    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

    Compensation: 25,000 - 35,000

    Requirements

    • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • People-oriented
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
    • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
    • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
    • Life and Health license (must have currently)
    • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
    • Associate's degree or higher preferred
