Responsibilities: • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary • Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims • Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets Qualifications: • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Must have active insurance agent license in your state • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry Compensation: $88,500 - $117,000 yearly
