    We are currently seeking attorneys to join our team. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients in various practice areas, including but not limited to transactional law, family law, and litigation. • Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide well-reasoned advice and strategies to clients. • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and other court filings, with precision and attention to detail. • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings with strong oral advocacy skills. • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of legal matters. • Stay abreast of developments in the law and participate in continuing legal education to enhance professional knowledge and skills. • Demonstrate commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality at all times. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in the state of Vermont. • Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting. • Strong writing and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. • Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Prior experience in transactional law, family law, or litigation is preferred. • Existing client base or ability to generate business would be considered a significant advantage. Compensation: $180,300
