We have an amazing group of kind, hard working people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group. We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers, and they love Joshua's Pest Control! Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, parties, Mario Kart lunches). The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!

As a customer service agent you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months you will learn how to effectively help all types of customers, while also learning about our different departments to see where you will be a rockstar.

All positions include speaking with customers over the phone.

JOB DUTIES:

• Scheduling appointments
• Administrative tasks (filing, paperwork, etc.)
• Educating customers about bugs

This is a rapidly growing company that is expanding to several locations, so all positions have the opportunity for quick advancement. If you are hardworking, positive, and detail oriented you WILL be rewarded.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year of Customer Service Exp Preferred
