The Human Resources Coordinator for Onboarding and Learning will provide comprehensive support in recruiting, onboarding, and learning, including related record-keeping for accrediting bodies such as BALC, CARF. The primary responsibility is to ensure efficient HR operations in recruiting, onboarding, learning, and assist candidates and employees with their HR-related inquiries in these processes.
Essential Responsibilities and Metrics
- Coordinate recruitment process, supporting the Senior Manager of Recruiting and Learning
- Maintain digital dashboard of open positions, candidate status, onboarding date, etc.
- Assist in creating reports based on information in the dashboard, such as length of time during the recruiting stages
- Communicate with candidates through the Breezy platform
- Communicate with staff through Breezy and other means as needed to secure interview times and information needed to relay decisions to candidates
- Create offer letters and file signed letters
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with BALC and CARF for all onboarding processes
- Serve as the main contact for new hires
- Collect all necessary information prior to and at new hire orientation to ensure compliance with accrediting standards and to enable the Finance team to bill properly for clinical services
- Support the Senior Manager of Recruiting and Learning in designing orientation and the processes leading to it
- Prepare all aspects of orientation, including coordinating with staff to present, securing space, collecting materials for distribution, etc.
- Attend orientation in order to collect needed materials, answer questions, and execute administrative tasks related to the event such as ordering food or distributing material
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, employee data, and HR databases as related to recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing learning
- Help ensure staff are aware of required trainings or certifications needed over time
- Support the learning agenda defined by the Senior Manager of Recruiting and Learning in consultation with the Director of Talent and Culture and the Chief Growth Officer
- May include researching curriculum, coordinating meetings and materials, and attending sessions
- Assist with HR related audits as needed

- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of HR experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
