We are seeking a Journalism Intern to support our marketing and property management team. This role combines content creation with essential administrative responsibilities, offering exposure to both communications and the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and write blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and social media content about company projects, industry updates, and market trends
Assist in creating internal and external communications, including client updates and marketing materials
Conduct interviews with team members, clients, and tenants for feature stories and case studies
Help maintain editorial calendars, contact lists, and content archives
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing presentation materials
Update CRM systems and maintain marketing databases
Assist with event coordination, mailings, and other office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, research, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Knowledge of AP Style or basic graphic design is a plus
