    Our company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced Post-Closing Specialist to join our team. You will assist our Settlement team in finalizing and sending out post-closing packages, seeking funding authorization, e-recording, sending out disbursements, initiating release tracking, and other key administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the title/settlement industry, mortgage lending, or real estate transactions, with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Support escrow officer by managing administrative and clerical duties to complete escrow transactions and any follow-up requests Coordinate other pre-closing and post-closing responsibilities as directed Ensure closing documents, such as settlement statements, escrow files, and closing statements, are completed • Record all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new owners • Ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package and coordinate with loan officer, mortgage loan processor, and underwriter to be sure all underwriting commitments have been satisfied • Mail out disbursements to all parties on the real estate transaction Qualifications: Administrative support, secretarial, and clerical experience required Some college preferred -- high school diploma or GED required Microsoft office experience required, escrow software experience preferred Excellent time management, problem-solving, communications, and customer service skills Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 per year
