    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Developing plugins and custom services, leveraging 3rd party tools and Dynamics 365’s web services

    • Assisting with system administration and configuration (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure)

    • Understand user requirements and desired outcomes

    • Planning and preparing testing tasks for multiple projects

    • Performing testing of functionality before handing off for formal QA

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Must be proficient with C#, .NET, JavaScript and HTML in order to write and perform customizations to the platform on an almost daily basis

    • Understand Software design and implementation. Experience with program structure and design, including testing and event-driven programming

    • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform knowledge at some level

    • Can analyze and solve complex problems quickly and creatively

    • Demonstrate a strong technical background and be able to learn complex products and testing methodologies quickly, as well as able to troubleshoot issues with relative ease

    • Be a good team player

    • Desire to be engaged in a fast-paced organization

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies

    • Understand general software development methodology

    • Participation on software project(s) with a team of 5 or more

    Expected Tasks and Contributions:

    • Estimate and plan development tasks before Project Backlog meetings (PBL) 

    Use project management tools to update and enter working hours and task details

    • Develop quality code that has a high-level of stability 

      - Practice standards of code structure, commenting, and deployment

    • Strengthen and learn new code skills and languages

      - Identify new areas to focus on and learn skills

      - Continually refine current skills to improve code/practice performance

    • Work with Developer team members to grow and mentor the group

      - Assist and “build up” other members of the development team

    • Meet with clients to identify and define task designs, scope and objectives in collaboration with the Project Lead and/or Project Manager

      - Have personal skills to be able to determine client needs and collaborate in an effective manner 

    • Innovate and invite a “best-practice” culture in method, tools, and approach for project work and IP solutions for the company

      - Have an attitude to continually improve “how we work” and look for ways to make the company better
