$25–$31/HR + BONUSES!

What you will do:

Lead electrical and wiring installations for both rough-in and final phases

Supervise a team of 1–2 apprentices, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with professionalism and expertise

Maintain strict compliance with building and safety codes

Keep organized records of work performed and materials used

Manage material ordering, usage, and cost control

Set the standard for professionalism, communication, and teamwork

What you bring:

Valid Journeyman Electrician License (held for at least 2 years preferred)

5+ years of electrical experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities

Strong residential and commercial experience (required)

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and motivate a small team to success
