Responsibilities: • Certify newly installed electrical components properly function • Perform maintenance and installation of electrical equipment in homes, businesses, and factories • Ensure that the wiring meets all building codes and standards for safety • Run tests on all wiring and electrical components to ensure it’s connected • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Ability to work in confined spaces, at great heights, and in all types of weather • Degree from electrician school is required • Valid electrician license is required • Completed electrician apprenticeship Compensation: $35,000 - $70,000 yearly
