We’re seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to perform service and small-project leadership on commercial electrical systems. You’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and install power distribution, controls, and low-voltage systems, ensuring safe, code-compliant operation across a variety of facilities.
* Verify electrical continuity and test system components (switchgear, panels, motor controls, transformers, etc.) to identify hazards or malfunctions.
* Perform thorough inspections and clearly communicate findings and recommended repairs.
* Troubleshoot and repair wiring, circuits, lighting, data/network infrastructure, and control systems.
* Diagnose issues using test instruments and hand tools; replace or adjust components as needed to restore service.
* Install and commission electrical equipment, including new panels, conduit runs, CT cabinets, and conveyor power systems.
* Support foreman-level tasks on small or special projects, directing crew activities and ensuring quality workmanship.
* Complete work orders, timecards, and service reports accurately.
* Adhere to all applicable electrical codes, safety protocols, and company procedures.
* Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience running a service truck or leading small electrical projects.
* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical codes, wiring methods, and schematic interpretation.
* Comfortable with tablet-based work order systems and digital documentation.
* Able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, trench, and access confined spaces.
* Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to meet company vehicle standards.
* Must pass background check and drug screening.
