What You'll Be Doing:

• Panel changes, service upgrades, and rewires
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting on residential systems
• Safety inspections and code-compliance work
• Walking homeowners through what's going on in plain language
• Making professional recommendations and following through with clean installs

This is residential service work, so face time with customers is part of the job. If you take pride in leaving a house better than you found it (and the homeowner happier than when you walked in), you'll fit right in.

Who We're Looking For:

You take pride in your work. You don't cut corners. And you're done working at shops that overpromise and underdeliver.

Beyond that:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
• Solid understanding of NEC and residential code compliance
• Comfortable with a multimeter and basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills (you'll be talking to homeowners, not just other techs)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
