🔧 Lead Technician – Mister Sparky of Baytown (Residential Electrician)

We're hiring a hands-on Lead Technician to join our growing Mister Sparky team in Baytown, TX. ⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead a crew of 2 technicians (to start) on residential service jobs
Perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and ensure code compliance
Use ServiceTitan CRM for scheduling, job tracking, and reporting
Assist with material coordination, invoicing, and workflow efficiency
Represent the company’s values and uphold Mister Sparky franchise standards
Communicate directly with the office manager and owner
Help grow the team as the business expands
Create a culture of quality, respect, and accountability in the field
💼 What We’re Looking For:
10 paid holidays + 2 weeks PTO
5+ years of residential electrical experience
Journeyman license (required); Master Electrician is a plus
Crew leadership or mentoring experience
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
Tech-friendly (ServiceTitan knowledge preferred)
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle
Comfortable working in a uniformed, professional environment
Commitment to following franchise procedures and customer service standards
