Location: Denver, CO (Travel Required Nationwide)
Pay: $47–$50/hr (Prevailing Wage projects up to $90/hr)
Per Diem: Paid 7 days/week
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians licensed in Washington to join our growing team supporting utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. This role requires 100% travel and offers strong earning potential through prevailing wage work, per diem, and project bonuses.
Projects range from 5–20 MW , are ground-mount , and involve extensive travel.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical components on utility-scale solar projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Perform electrical wiring, terminations, and grounding in accordance with NEC standards
Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety regulations
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery
Document completed work and report deficiencies or issues
Valid Journeyman Electrician License (WA and/or CO required)
Willingness to test in additional states as needed
Minimum 3 years of electrical experience (solar or renewable energy preferred)
Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and electrical codes
Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
$47–$50/hr base pay
Prevailing Wage projects paying $50–$90/hr
Per diem paid 7 days a week
