    We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our team and take on complex service calls with confidence and skill. This position is ideal for a licensed professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial and/or residential HVAC systems

    Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups according to manufacturer standards

    Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals to guide repairs

    Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and recommendations

    Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and jobsite notes

    Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and company policies

    Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience

    Valid Journeyman HVAC license (state-specific)

    Strong diagnostic and repair skills across various HVAC system types

    Excellent communication and customer service skills
