Job Summary

We are searching for experienced and reliable ironworkers for various structural and miscellaneous steel erection projects in the Grand Junction, Ridgway, Crested Butte, Gunnison, Canon City, and Edwards, CO areas, as well as Shiprock, NM. Various locations throughout Western Slope Colorado additionally.

Responsibilities

Assist General Foreman in daily construction activities to ensure:

Safety

Quality

Shedule

Profitability

Responsible for completing tasks related to steel erection

Coordinate with General Foreman on a daily basis

Able to work with others to complete tasks

Able to work out of town from week to week

Ability to understand and execute drawings

Qualifications

Be able to pass a background check to work on certain projects

Must have experience reading blueprints

5-7+ years experience in trade

Qualified Rigger/Signalman

Certified welder (3G & 4G SMAW)

Certified Forklift & Lift Operator

Self-Starter, highly motivated with leadership skills

Knowledgeable with all safety and PPE equipment for the purpose intended

Reliable transportation to and from projects
