We are looking for a personable, problem-solving, and experienced plumber to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on gas and water supply systems, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing fixtures. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand, power, and plumbing tools, and is proficient at interpreting blueprints and building codes. Responsibilities: • Test newly installed components to ensure proper function • Perform maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment in homes and businesses • Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Estimate costs of plumbing installation, repairs, and services to customers • Carry out plumbing preventative maintenance Qualifications: • Applicant must have valid plumber license (Level 1 required, Level 2-3 preferred) • Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterity • Must have technical or trade school certification in the field of plumbing • Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license • Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate • Must have plumber's contractor license Compensation: $54,000 - $65,000 yearly
