Position: Plumber Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site

Position Purpose:

1-Tom Plumber is hiring experienced Plumbers to diagnose plumbing issues, perform quality repairs, and help customers make informed decisions. This is a hands-on role requiring technical skill, professionalism, and strong communication.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond promptly to service calls (business hours & on-call)

Build rapport with customers and explain services clearly

Offer maintenance plans and warranty information

Present yourself professionally to gain repeat and referral business

Technical Work:

Perform drain cleaning and plumbing repairs on-site

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked truck

Train and support apprentices when needed

Administrative Duties:

Collaborate with dispatch and office staff

Create accurate estimates and invoices

Submit reports, timecards, and job completion forms

Follow safety protocols and local building codes

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of plumbing or drain cleaning experience (required)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Physical stamina and mechanical aptitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills
