Responsibilities: The Standard (What You Must Execute) • Total Ownership: You run residential service and installation jobs from diagnosis to completion. You own the outcome, the customer experience, and the solution. • Technical Precision: Your work is clean, code-compliant, and professional. You don't cut corners; you sharpen them. • Logistical Discipline: You perform accurate material takeoffs and ensure your truck is stocked and organized. You arrive ready to win, not to "figure it out" on the customer's time. • Clear Communication: You translate complex plumbing issues into clear options for homeowners and provide concise updates to leadership. Qualifications: Non-Negotiables • Valid NC Journeyman license or equivalent experience eligible for licensing • Proven inspection pass history • Strong documentation habits (photos, notes, job close-out) • Professional, ethical presentation of options to homeowners • Consistent on-time readiness with a stocked, organized truck Compensation: $62,500 - $85,000
