You will conduct plumbing services and oversee project planning, including pricing and implementation. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing while ensuring that work is performed according to customer standards and relevant codes. • Conduct service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing concerns. • Identify potential problems to prevent unexpected breakdowns or callbacks. • Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures. • Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems. • Prepare written work cost estimates for clients before work is conducted. • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, per company and clients. Qualifications: • Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field. • Strong familiarity of plumbing codes and safety procedures, preferred. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Must be detail oriented and organized. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Must have active Journeyman Plumbing license. Compensation: $35 + hourly DOE
