    Key Responsibilities:

    Install, maintain, and repair new and retrofit electrical systems

    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues

    Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes

    Test systems for continuity, voltage, and resistance

    Mentor apprentices as needed

    Communicate effectively with clients and team members

    Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols

    Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

    Valid Maryland Journeyperson Electrician License

    2+ years of licensed electrician experience

    Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes

    Proficient with tools, meters, and schematics

    Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with high-end residential electrical work

    OSHA 10 or 30 certified

    Familiarity with smart home and automation systems

    Experience with panel upgrades and generator installs
