This is Alan from JR CAR SERVICE. We are a non emergency medical transportation company looking for 4 - 5 additional drivers.

If you live in Nassau or Suffolk Counties, our office is in Farmingdale, N.Y. and our driver's must come here each day to clock in and pick up the keys and our cell phone to our company car. We drive clients from home to hospitals, doctor offices, clinics and other medical facilities. We do not assist them in or ut of our car. We simply drive. We are a ride share company that allows us to transport up to 6 passengers in our car.

We have 3 shifts and looking for full time drivers who can put in a 10 or 12 hour day.

To work for us, you will need a NY State DMV license Class E (or higher just not a D) that you must get from the DMV

You need a current NY State Defensive Driving Certificate that is not expired

You must have a clean driver’s license and bring us a current DMV Abstract

You then need to complete the following that I will give to you at our face to face interview

1. An Application for Nassau County TLC (Taxi and Limousine Commission) $100.00 or Suffolk County $50.00

2. You must get fingerprinted $88.50, and

3. Drug screening $32.00

Depending on the County you choose to go for first it will cost you $220.50 or $170.50

NOTE: After 30 days of working for us we do reimburse this amount as long as we receive receipts and if you are still employed by us.

We will help you get through the process but you must come into my office for an interview so I can give you the documents you need to get your TLC license if you are seriously interested in moving forwards. We would also like to get to know you a little better and understand why you want to drive for us. All applicants must also come in to discuss which shifts you can work and if these shifts are available.

We pay $15.00 per hour and $22.50 Overtime pay after 40 hours. Our average driver works 50 hours per week and is paid around $825.00 before taxes or around $44,000 annually
