Our company is looking for someone who has experience scheduling medical trips across Nassau and Suffolk County. We transport approximately 300 or more people each day and we are required to place on all trips onto 34 cars that we have on the road. The scheduler takes time to place similar trips into same cars based on appointment times and locations of drop offs. Of course this successful candidate must have excellent communication skills especially when speaking with our clients. We need someone with critical thinking, understands data analysis, and strong organization skills. Our team works from 8a to 5pm every day Monday through Friday We are located in Farmingdale, N.Y.
