Responsibilities:
- Convert prospects into paying customers by effectively communicating the value of your real estate education coaching services.
- Engage with leads through Zoom calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and demonstrate how your coaching program can benefit them.
- Adopt a consultative approach to selling - understand the unique challenges and goals of potential clients. Tailor your sales pitch to address their specific needs and provide customized solutions that showcase the value of your coaching services.
- Take ownership of the sales process and be responsible for closing deals.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques, overcome objections, and create a sense of urgency to encourage potential clients to commit to your coaching program.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport.
- Act as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact, addressing customer concerns, providing guidance, and maintaining regular communication to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of your real estate coaching program and its features, benefits, and value proposition. Be able to confidently explain the curriculum, resources, and support provided to clients, addressing any inquiries or doubts they may have.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, documenting client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and client success team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and smooth client handoff to client success.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing materials, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Strive for personal growth and improvement to maximize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish and English is required for effective communication with our internal leadership speaking English and with our Latin-based Spanish-speaking community.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales experience with a proven track record required, preferably in high-value or complex sales environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
- Must have outstanding sales abilities, including consultative selling, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be willing to commit to ongoing learning and self-improvement to adapt to changing market conditions/client needs and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and closing deals is essential.
- Ability to empathize with potential clients, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your sales pitch to address those needs is crucial.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to demonstrate genuine care for clients' success, build rapport, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively relay features, benefits, and selling points.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends.
- Effectively be able to collaborate with a team.
- Strong technical skills to conduct effective Zoom calls, manage emails, and use CRM systems for tracking and reporting.

- $4,000 Draw + 5% Commission on Payment Plan or 7% Commission on Paid In Full Contract
- Expected yearly earnings is $100,000 to $200,000
