We're looking for a rockstar social media manager to help drive brand awarness through social posting, Amazon Posts, and product launches. You should have experience driving traffic using strategies like posts, contests, giveaways, affiliates, influencers, engagement, etc. Today we primarily use Amazon Posts, Facebook, and IG but we're open to other channels that fit our market. WHO WE ARE: We're a remote nerdy team obsessed with creating natural family-focused vitamins and personal care products. In 2019 JoySpring was named a top 100 fastest-growing private retail company. ROLE OUTCOMES: AMAZON POSTS TO $30K/mo: In 2020 we averaged $15k/mo from this channel and want to get this to $30k/month. To do this, you'll post daily and work with our designer/photographer as needed for creatives. Training will be provided. LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS: Within 90 days social traffic should be our #1 source for new product sales (typically to Amazon). That means you use a variety of marketing tools to build early buzz so when our products go live you send a flood of interested buyers. MANAGE SOCIAL ACCOUNTS: daily posting, engagement, all the good stuff.
