POSITION OVERVIEW:
Joybees is seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing an omni-channel brand. With specific focus on supporting our wholesale sales team and brand building through owned channels.
Highly qualified candidates have a solid foundation of wholesale marketing with some experience in social media, influencer management, and email marketing at a branded product company.
This position is well-suited for candidates who are seeking to combine the skills they’ve learned across functionalities to challenge themselves by taking ownership over how a brand comes to life.
You will:
· Support our wholesale sales team with sales and marketing materials
· Coordinate development of all creative assets for wholesale, ecommerce, and social, including product and lifestyle photography
· Bring a highly creative mindset to execute and evolve the brand marketing strategy
· Curate and coordinate an influencer network and content creation campaigns
· Design and direct our seasonal photoshoots in accordance with the season marketing strategy
· Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness
· Partner with a creative agency or contract partners on asset creation
· Manage copy and messaging to articulate brand message and value proposition
You have:
· 3+ years of product and brand marketing experience primarily through wholesale and ecommerce channels at a branded product company
· Proven ability to multi-task projects to meet deadlines, anticipate issues, self-start high-value projects, and provide creative solutions
· Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills adapted for internal and external communication
· Ability to work in a team environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
· Ability to contribute creative, innovative ideas and solutions
· Experience in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
· Bachelor’s degree
This position is in Denver, Colorado and reports to the CEO.
