    Job Description

    Joyful Jobs is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of an exterior restoration contractor that helps clients navigate the restoration process after weather-related damages have occurred to their property.

    The company is locally owned and operated with a primary focus on roofing, siding, and window replacement. We are based out of Rolling Meadows, IL and service the entire Chicagoland metro area.

    Roles and Responsibilities: The following is a general outline of duties and is subject to change as dictated by business needs.

    This position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks and expectations:

    Team Development and Growth:

    • Develop and execute recruiting strategies

    • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding and training procedures

    • Support Field Representatives advancement through one on one coaching

    • Maintain alignment with the company Core Values

    Drive Financial Results:

    • Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

    • Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives

    • Track field representative KPIs; address deficiencies as they occur and recognize over achievers

    • Support field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as needed

    • Provide production support to field representatives and ensure client satisfaction as projects are completed

    • Maintain updated job central app through biweekly meetings with Field Representatives.

    Advance Company Culture:

    • Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behavior

    • Host frequent meet ups with sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout season

    • Work with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetings

    • Actively participate in larger team events

    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

    Compensation:

    • $50,000+ base annual salary (based on experience) and realistic possibility of $250,000+ total compensation annually, dependent on your team’s results

    • Annual performance bonus (2-3% of your team’s sales)

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Experience working as a Sales Manager supervising door-to-door field reps

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required

    • A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role

    • Extremely organized with good communication skills

    • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving

    • The ability to perform basic math functions
