Responsibilities

• use company tools to research the best travel options for clients
• book travel reservations such as flights, cruises, hotel accommodations, rental cars and more
• attend training sessions (live and recorded) to stay updated on new products, safety procedures, and health protocols
• communicate with clients throughout booking process
• take secure payments and apply them to your clients' reservations

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• positive attitude, coachable and trainable
• have a smartphone, computer, and or tablet with a reliable internet connection
• ability to work independently
• must be authorized to work in the US
