Your job will include helping the team with performing various construction tasks in the construction, punch-out, and warranty phase of the home, maintaining the cleanliness of the job site, model home, and office, and various other construction-related tasks. Responsibilities: Perform various construction tasks in the construction, punch-out, and warranty phase of the home including, but not limited to: • Paint • Drywall • Trim Installation • Cabinet and Door Adjustments • Install Construction Locks • Sweep and Powerwash Garages, Sidewalks, and Driveways • Other Punch List Items as Directed Maintain job site, model home, and office building cleanliness and upkeep with tasks including, but not limited to: • Weed Maintenance (pulling weeds, weed whacking, etc.) • Trash Pickup • Changing Furnace Filters, Light Bulbs, etc. as needed • Sign Install and Maintenance • Moving and Organization of Warehouse Other tasks: • Oversee warranty work performed by subcontractors in the home of customers • Deliver materials/plans/details to job sites as directed • Verify job sites are swept/neat/clean and notify project managers if a contractor is not following site rules (cleanliness) • Verify and inventory project deliveries to job sites • Pick up needed materials from vendors and deliver to job sites as needed • Performs other related duties as assigned by the construction team and management Qualifications: • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience • Ability to Lift up to 100 pounds • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to patch and finish drywall and paint • Various Handyman Skills such as cabinet and drawer adjustments, trim and lock installation, etc. • Team Player and Willingness to Work Hard • Written and verbal communication skills • Functional computer skills in applicable programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Compensation: $18+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
