DIGITAL DESIGNER (REMOTE)

Joystick is looking for an experienced digital/interactive designer to join our team.

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for graphic designers with web and digital experience to join our LA team.

We are a creatively-led marketing services company specializing in data-driven targeted advertising. We are specialists devoted to delivering performance through creative and audience alignment. Through our expertise in the digital ecosystem and the technology that enables it, we push it to the next level by marrying high touch creative with unique web and mobile experiences, sophisticated digital advertising, and custom social media campaigns. REQUIREMENTS:

• Remote is ok, but you must work west coast hours (PST)
• MUST have a strong understanding of Photoshop and Adobe CC
• MUST have experience in one or more of the following:  web design, mobile apps, display ads, ux/ui, social media campaigns
• Bonus points for experience with After Effects and Cinema4D
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and pick up concepts quickly
• Able to articulate concepts clearly through visual media
• Dedicated to design and have a great sense of visual style
• Interested in digital advertising, design, and technology
• Resourceful, creative, and a conceptual thinker
• Not afraid to share your ideas no matter how big or small
• Powered by thought and design with intent

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years minimum

WORKING WITH US: 

• Show off your creative skills and continue to hone in on your digital design capabilities
• Work directly with producers, developers, and other creatives to achieve desired project goals
• Create and execute all phases of creative work from concept through production
• Have the opportunity to work on an extremely diverse array of projects and clients
