We believe in delivering more than legal documents—we deliver peace of mind. About this role: As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a client- facing position where you will meet with individuals and families, listen to their goals, and guide them through the Estate Planning process with care and confidence. You will work alongside a collaborative team while continuing to develop your legal expertise. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities are to build confidence, affirming they made the right choice at the Attorney Engagement Meeting, verify their plan, gather designations, and oversee the client experience. What You'll Do: • Conduct client-facing meetings to learn and understand their needs and goals as it pertains to Estate Planning • Build strong, lasting relationships through compassionate, thoughtful interactions that instill confidence and trust. • Serve as a trusted advisor—Provide clear and compassionate guidance • Collect detailed personal and financial information to design customized plans aligned with each client’s goals and values. • Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and accurately. • Act as the primary legal point of contact for client questions and provide guidance with clarity and empathy. • Follow up regularly with clients to maintain relationships and ensure continued support. • Manage your caseload and work directly with the legal team to deliver timely, high-quality results. Qualifications: What We Are Looking For: • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar. • 3+ years practicing law (Estate planning knowledge a plus!) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build trust and simplify complex legal concepts for clients • Strong ethical standards and sound judgement. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence. • Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins. • Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things correctly the first time. Compensation: $120,000 yearly
