What You’ll Do

Support the development of growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Research new markets and customer needs

Help arrange meetings with prospective clients

Assist in promoting company products and services to address client objectives

Prepare sales contracts under supervision, ensuring compliance with company guidelines

Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Represent the company at networking and team-building events

What We’re Looking For

Some experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships or part-time roles welcome)

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer support

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and planning abilities

Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in business administration, sales, or a relevant field

Willingness to learn about government contracts, procurement policies, and IT products/services
