    We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of mid- to large-size commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of field or office experience and a strong interest in project management; electrical construction background is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in coordinating daily project activities, schedules, and subcontractor workflows

    Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

    Support procurement and material delivery schedules in collaboration with the project team

    Conduct jobsite walks to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with contract documents

    Attend project meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and reports

    Collaborate with field supervisors, vendors, and design teams to resolve issues

    Requirements:

    Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial electrical construction (field or project support)

    Experience with mid- to large-size commercial projects preferred

    Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

    Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications
