Job Description
The person for this position should have a basic understanding of the LTE network and should have previous telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities include:
Daily
1. Review and process new requests in the YourIT ticketing system
i. Determines if ticket is misrouted or erroneous, and takes appropriate action
ii. Adjusts short description to reflect pertinent ticket information
2. Attend ticket requirements and technical calls
3. Updates information and worklog in the ticket as it is discussed and agreed upon during calls
4. Update information systems based on call outcome and ticket adjudication
5. Review and verify data integrity and accuracy for tracking platforms
Weekly
1. Review tickets without updates for 30 days or more
2. Update metrics in weekly status reports
Monthly
1. Review all information systems to ensure synchronization across platforms.
