We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Jr Escrow Officer to assist a busy desk. Our ideal candidate will have several years of managing real estate transactions and escrow closings with fine attention to detail, superb problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Open and set up new escrow files, collecting necessary documents and information • Prepare escrow instructions • Request and process HOA and solar documents • Handle lender requests • Communicate regularly with agents, clients, and other parties during the transaction to ensure clear and quick customer service Qualifications: • Southern California escrow experience required, minimum of 3 years of recent • Experience using Qualia escrow software strongly preferred • High-level administrative experience, attention to detail • Exceptional problem-solving, customer service, time management, and communication skills • High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
