  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Understand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned, the brand’s look & feel, and the commercial purpose.
    • Create assets for all B2B and B2C customer touchpoint globally: North America, EMEA, and APAC/China
    • Produce, rework, adapt images and videos, for collateral marketing assets to spec for online and offline customer touchpoints, including but not limited to: print ads and signage, email newsletter, CRM program tools (physical and digital), social media, and digital advertising (Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
    • Support the Global E-Commerce team in the creation of website assets for the homepage, landing page, and product landing pages
    • Self-led project management for assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met for global assets needs
    • Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout
    • Provide multiple asset options when necessary in order to elevate the look and feel of the brand when applicable
    • Manage asset organization on Google Shared Drive for global teams to access assets easily and efficiently
    • Monitor the competition and create archives of existing and future campaigns and ideas
    • Ensure brand consistency of all collaterals, online and offline, for B2B and B2C channel (brand presentations, product presentations, PR materials, social media, emails, web content)
    • Develop internal marketing assets when to ensure brand consistency across all department presentations, including but not limited to: HR, Merchandising, Wholesale, and executive team
    • Understanding of best practices across full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion ad placements
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of graphic design experience, including internship experience, within am in-house marketing department or a creative agency
    • Sophisticated sense of design/style. Experience in the luxury or high-end market is preferred.
    • Discerning eye for photo editing/retouching, cropping, compositing, color correction
    • Ability to prepare files for print and an understanding of best practices for print production

    Mandatory experience in:

    • Google Suite and Google Drive
    • Adobe Suite with a focus in Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, and Illustrator.
    • Microsoft Powerpoint

    Nice to Have experience in:

    • Ceros or Figma or a different interactive marketing / experiential design platform
    • Copywriting
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines at a fast-paced, global organization
    • Collaborative, communicative, open-minded attitude
